Reflecting on an exhausting and exhilarating week working with one of the most gracious and loving families ever. I was honored to participate in a 3 day Indian wedding celebration at the home of the bride's parents in Sherman, TX; complete with stunningly beautiful bride and gorgeous groom, blessed by pretty spring weather and one of the most talented team of professionals. I am grateful to be surrounded by THE BEST culinary and service team - led respectively by Executive Chef John Maas and Event Manager Extraordinaire Darlene Cope. Indebted to our sister company, City place Conference Hospitality Group - led by Phil Willis and Lauro Echeverria who gave us the boost to assure we could take it to the next level and successfully serve over 1440 happy guests over three days!
